The room is spacious; it can be darkened to allow a restful and complete morning sleep. The room is clean and orderly. Free and stable internet, a sitting area, a work desk, comfortable and spacious beds, really everything you need (we didn't have time to enjoy the sauna in the room.... next time). Important (!) in the room are suggestions for gentle support for an environmentally friendly green stay - at the guest's choice. The hotel offers an excellent dinner and breakfast. The atmosphere in the lobby is pleasant, calm, and quiet. The location is fantastic - a short walk from Avenue Louise and a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants. The hotel is a few steps away from the tram station (elite train) and, from there, a few minute's ride to the old center (or preferably a 25-minute pleasant walk through Avenue Louise!), a short distance to the European Parliament buildings and Luxembourg Square. It is highly recommended.

Minus: The breakfast is not worth it, way too expensive and way too little variety. If the breakfast was like the Norwegian Thon Hotels breakfasts then it would've been worth it. The bathtub was very slippery to stand in. Plus: Got a room upgrade, huge room with a sauna, very clean everywhere. Nice view from the room, you can open the window in the room for some fresh air, great heater. Housekeeping refilled coffee and tea every day. Two complimentary water bottles every day. Bathrobes and slippers in the room, wide comfortable beds. Well equipped gym, also very clean. It was very easy to get an Uber ride in the area to downtown Brussels or to the airport. Great food, cocktails and mocktails in the hotel restaurant.

The room was very spacious, clean, with very comfortable king size bed. Very large for European hotel. Nespresso coffee maker was wonderful. Safe area. Only tacky observation was that they charge to rent umbrellas. I would think that a nice hotel would offer them as a complementary service. Lobby needs updating, but not important given the comfort and spaciousness of room.

I stayed with my family for one night at Hotel Bristol Stephanie and then at Thon City Centre (see other review). We stayed in the deluxe family room with a sauna. I have to say that the reception was really excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely friendly. They were accommodating and customer-oriented. The hotel looked nice and tidy. My room was fine and had a luxurious feel to it. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also fine. The sauna was enjoyable and definitely recommended if you want relaxation. The only criticism is that the breakfast is excessively expensive. You can easily have breakfast in the area for much less. The surroundings are also fine. You stay on a lively street with many shops. The next day, I went to the other hotel to be closer to the city center. From both hotels, I would only return to Hotel Bristol Stephanie next time.

Fine hotel, to high priced Location is near the centre, you can park below the hotel. The employee at the reception was really arrogant. Not welcoming. He was an exception tough. And I got an upgrade to superior. The bed is super, room furniture and decoration is good. Bathroom is a bit mouldy. And there is no trashbin in the room. Bit uneasy. The breakfast is tasty and fresh, but also way too much expensive with 38 euro pp. van der valk will offer you more for 25 eur.
