Experience! Which I will remove from my life after this post!! Stay away guys... Service 🥲 Room 🥲 Behaviour 🥲 Front office team was really unprofessional. As per them, take it or leave it. We left the hotel in the middle of the day to find out the other option. Be at your own risk.

I recently stayed at The Nature's Green Resort, and it was an absolute nightmare. The behavior of the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we raised a complaint about the non-functional air conditioning in our room, they responded with hostility and asked us to leave instead of addressing the issue.The rooms were unbearably hot, making it impossible to get any rest. Despite repeated complaints, the staff showed no concern and offered no solutions. Their lack of customer service and basic decency was shocking.They will also haunt you if you visit a little early from your checking time. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. This resort does not value its guests and provides a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Nature's Green resort at all costs!

Absolutely dreadful experience at this so-called 'hotel.' From the filthy rooms to the rude staff, every aspect was a disaster.To top it off, the food in the restaurant was stale and overpriced. Save yourself the agony and stay far, far away from this dump. As a complaint to non working AC the option given was to checkout They will also haunt you if you reach a little early than Checkin time. :(

The ambience is superb. Totally mesmerising views. The rooms and washroom were clean and spacious, with good interiors. The family room was really too cozy and too comfortable. The food is also very apetizing. Great experience!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nature green resort in Bhimtal. We travelled with family & had booked 2 deluxe cottages. Here are the pros & cons. Pros:- 1. Excellent food quality 2. Great hospitality by staff like Ankit & Prakash. 3. Serene & praceful, located away from main lakes. Cons:- 1. Limited buffet breakfast menu. 2. More facilities like refrigerator, locker, iron table etc should b included in rooms. 3. Last 1-2 kms are bit challenging due to single lane at some points. 4. Limited staff & small dining area. 5. Overall resort has only 16 rooms. Though there are many cons like ones I mentioned above but still due to hospitality shown by staff mainly Ankit, I am giving it a 5 star. Regards Dhruv
