A very relaxing getaway in lap of luxury and the onus goes to Riti who take care of our every need - big or small. Sunil Kushwaha (F&B) was extremely kind & helpful.. made us feel special at every meal. He organized a special meal at Zen for us curated by Karan and we were very very pleased with it - exotic and par excellence. Tanaya went out of the way to make kids feel special and pampered. So did Ubaid & Swastik. Made our stay truly remarkable. We left wanting to come back again very soon.

The Palace is a very elegant place to stay in. The room definitely has a regal feel to it along with fixtures and furniture to match the theme. It’s an extremely large establishment with several dining options. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of gastronomic satisfaction. If you’re a VIP guest, they also have a Royal Club Lounge where you can lounge have some drinks and snacks and chat with their friendly staff. VIPs also get a butler service to assist them when needed either on call or a personal butler. Ubaid, Deep and Akash from the butler crew were all very helpful, polite and reliable. Definitely a place to recommend.

You just can’t go wrong here. The overall experience was exceptional, exemplary and of the highest standards. We had been there for lunch today. Plan on doing many more similar breakfasts / brunches / lunches / dinners. Recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore and only consider if you believe in the concept of a handshake. And it takes two hands of two different people to complete a handshake.

Birthday dinner with family at Leela, Jamavar resturant was truly incredible! The entire team who had hosted us for the day - Mr. Indraneel, Mr. Anit, Mr. Rajnish and Ms. Priyanka were absolutely excellent and very professional. We felt very welcomed; extremely happy with the food and impeccable service that was provided. We will cherish this memory for a very long time.
