The Grand Imperial is a cute place to stay. The hotel staff are accommodating and kind, the doors to the rooms are fun, and I enjoyed our stay. Best of all was the henna experience where Shabiya’s skillful hand drew beautiful works of art on the hands of the ladies in the group. Very amazing and beautiful! Thanks Shabiya!

This hotel is magical. It is very well located in the city of Agra. The room was simply magical, to say the least. It really is a princess room as the description indicated. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The hotel's two gardens are very beautiful and very well maintained by the staff. The restaurant is varied and very good. Regarding the staff, I have nothing to complain about, they are for the majority incredibly kind (especially the gentleman who served me twice at the restaurant). Thank you for making my stay in Agra magical.

The hotel is well kept, rooms are spacious and well appointed. *Sudhir Singh* at front office was very helpful and attentive at all the time but the WiFi was very slow and evening meals were very pricy and AC is not cooling well but we will be back soon with thanks again' to SUDHIR SINGH 🙏
