I booked 3 rooms the same but …one didn’t have a window. The aircon in one was not great. On 3 or 4 occasions our swipe in card’s didn’t work which was ok during the day when there was someone at the desk…. but our son was locked out as his card didn’t work late one night … he waited for another guest to come back to get into the foyer… but couldn’t get into his room so had to sleep on a little couch in the foyer … they offered nothing except a smile and sorry…. disappointing

The room stunk like mold and had no windows. They also didn’t clean the rooms unless you ask, and they didn’t communicate that! And two rings were STOLEN from our room by the cleaners and the hotel did nothing! The locker didn’t work. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend saying here!!!

Booked for 6 nights with 2 rooms for 3 people. Gave us rooms on 4th floor with narrow stairs and most of hotel empty Lots of mosquitoes No change of towels or empty bins in 6 days Reception staff unhelpful and no English or no assistance in anything No coffee or toiletries provided after first day Originally had faulty heater and they changed room No phones in room for calling reception TV has only Thai channels

Myself and partner stayed at the Tee Pak for 3 nights to kick off a backpacking trip through Asia. The accommodation is clean and staff friendly, very good value for the price. Only down side is our room was just behind and above the kitchen to a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and so we were woken every morning with either deliveries or food or preparation beginning (between 5 and 7am)! Therefore would recommend requesting a quiet room to avoid this or have earplugs handy should you wish a sleep in!

This is the kids friendly.The location is quite convenience far from Bus Terminal 1 only few minutes by walk and very close to local restuarants, temple, limelight avenue book stores. Receptionest and room maid very friendly and calm. She always smile and remember you just a second return this is beyond expection from this small residence. I would say thier staff have made this place a better place to stay.Thanks and please keep up your good work.
