Nice service and food ambience by Umesh Sharma. He was very gentle. Currently Staying in Saura Hotel.it was really a great time . The food variety and the politeness of Umesh Sharma ji was on point. He is too good with voice . Would like to have hin in future whenever we visit for service for food

Horrible stay, Ac are not working and after many time complaints are there are no solutions and even very rude behave by front desk, they have no sense how to treat guest. Flies are in dining area, food taste also not upto the mark, Overall pl dont stay here,

Pathetic services i have ever received in Life, poor AC , flies are there in the dining area, Hygiene issue.
