Lovely stay for a few days. Excellent location near central station and Tivoli Gardens. Rooms modern and comfortable. Staff helpful and great service. Lots of choice for breakfast. Had a room with a balcony. Although near the station didn’t disturb sleep. Would highly recommend and we will stay again.

Highly recommend the hotel for its central location. The 1914 bar is exquisite and the staff super helpful. Selma was amazing- and after a rough day she helped soothe my anxiety. The front desk team was helpful and solved all my issues quickly. While the hallways and rooms may be a bit tired the hotel is great and good value.

This was a very charming hotel which oozes lots of old world charm. Our room was nicely decorated but not as modern looking as the rooms in the website photos, but I think the rooms are being renovated over time and for the price we paid, I was more than happy with our room. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We had an issue with our flights to London being cancelled at the last minute and had to make alternate arrangements. Unfortunately we had run out of credit to make phone calls on our travel sims and could only contact British Airways by telephone as they can't be contacted by internet. Our room phone could not make international calls. But due to the excellent help we received from the night receptionist Raul who allowed us to use his personal phone to make an international call to the airline, we were able to book alternate flights. We were so greatful to Raul for his excellent customer service. Best service I have ever received at all the hotels I have ever stayed at around the world. Customer service is 6 stars.

Very pleased with our choice and throughly enjoyed our six night stay here. The hotel has lots of old fashioned charm, but the rooms have been refurbished and the windows double glazed. Our superior queen room had a balcony and was spacious and comfortable. The shower is excellent and there is a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The breakfast, included in the price, was varied, fresh and plentiful, with hot and cold food. For us the location was ideal - just seconds from Copenhagen Central Station. Some rooms even overlook Tivoli and it’s a short walk to plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants. This an historic hotel ( with lots of famous former guests ) and is a memorable place. The Library Bar looked great too, but it closes about half 11 and we just missed it for a nightcap. We also felt we secured a reasonably priced rate for our stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I can recommend this top hotel for a great time in lovely Copenhagen.
