Best kept secret in Madrid

This is the best kept secret in Madrid - on a quiet, tree lined street this is better than a hotel room and much more economical than nearby hotels. We had a lovely one-bedroom apartment, friendly and helpful staff that speak excellent English, very clean with modern kitchen and bathroom (heated towel rack!). We had a small problem with the shower - they came and fixed in within the hour. Comes with Nespresso and electric water heater, some coffee, sugar, tea as well as cooking and cleaning supplies if you want to cook. Lovely garden in the back with nice area to sit. Great location and close to the Plaza de Espana Metro, buses and taxis. Nearby restaurants and shopping. A short walk into the old section of Madrid and historic sites.

Beautiful place in a nice and quiet location and yet still within walking distance of just about everything. The staff was extremely helpful with all of our “touristy” questions providing great information. We would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous apartment - light, bright and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The reception staff were extremely friendly, offering tips on where to eat and visit. It’s location couldn’t be better - right by the palace but away from the crowds. We will define back.

A lovely spacious and clean apartment. Madrid is a very walkable city and this was close enough to get most places on foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities available were decent and what we expected. The only downside was the TV tech was a bit old and clunky, so we couldn't connect our own tablets and Netflix app was struggling at time. But we didn't go to watch TV so it didn't detract from our experience. We'll look to book again the next time we're in town.

A very nice Aparthotel in a very good and quiet location but in the heart of Madrid. The apartment we stayed in was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was well equipped and organized. All we need for our comfort was there. The apartment was designed in a modern good taste we have enjoyed it. Some small things that need to know is that the road is sometimes eared from the living room and the first bedroom, no English speaking stations on TV, the separation of the garbage is not clear and need more shower gel and shampoo for the first night.
