We enjoyed our stay in an Apartment room. The room itself is large, bright and airy. The bathroom was nice and there is plenty of space. The staff were fantastic! Ben in particular made us feel welcome at check-in and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do and how to get there. In places it could do with a freshen up, whilst stated it was refurbished in 2015 since then a few stains in the carpets etc have developed. I was also surprised for an apartment with sink and induction stovetop there were no pans or washing cloths (albeit we didn't ask as we didn't require these so may be available upon request). But overall the hotel is good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

- great location, right in the shopping street, and near Vienna metro stations - very helpful staff, attentive and responsive; we had a problem with the heating and the reception guy brought in 2 space heaters in the room within a few minutes - since my partner had a walking disability, they called the taxi for us everytime we requested - room is a comfortable size for 2 people, big comfortable bed - consistent hot shower we highly recommend!

as always we had a very good experience starting at our arrival. the lady had all the info was friendly and helpful. at the room that was like always perfect awaited us a tray with goodies and very good beds. along our stay we met lovely people who did their best to make our stay lovely ( we were even asked what coffee we'd like to have in the room) we will defenitly come back for our next stay in Vienna.

The hotel is very nice, the room we stayed in was a very spacious one. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. The staff are always friendly and professional and I was very impressed by their special attention on my birthday. I highly recommend it! Thank you!
