We had a very nice four night stay at the Mosaic House. The Front Desk staff was very helpful, and the driver they arranged to take us to the airport (Prag Argenten) went above and beyond. I definitely recommend requesting this service. Breakfast was good (although the space is a little cramped considering the number of guests at the hotel). Hotel location is convenient but away from the huge crowds. Some things I might change… rooms are very nice but overly decorated, which meant we had to move things out of the way to make room for our clothes and toiletries and create a path to the bathroom from the bed (had to move a bench, baskets, throw rug, etc). Also, the cleaning staff sprays the rooms with some sort of heavy fragrance, if you’re sensitive to perfumes ask the front desk if they can skip this.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was spotless, so was the bathroom and the whole building. My room on the 5th floor was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was extremely generous, I really appreciated the variety of options and a very attentive staff. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the ladies at the reception are a cut above. They answered all my questions, were very helpful and friendly, especially Maryna. Thank you Team!

The location is top. Service, breakfast, lounge en room with terras was fantastic...we got a bottle of proseco as welkom. Very good beds! Ambiance is very nice and quiet. Every day we got fresh bottles of water, still and sparkling! I will recomand this hotel for shure!

We went to Praha by Bike. Friendly staff, modern, clean, playful ambiente and the room was in pefect condition. They gave us a space for the bikes. Wonderful breakfast, welcome drink and 24/7 reception. Hotel is very central, tram nearby but at the same time quiet.
