An incredible experience. The room is incredibly spacious and modern with a large balcony offering an amazing view of the city and river. Check in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is as good as I’ve experienced, faultless service and delicious options. An added attraction is Sirocco restaurant and bar offering breathtaking service, cuisine and views of the city.

Had the best experience special Ning at the reception takes care of everything from the room to the checkout .The lounge experience is great .The siroco roof top bar is the best is thailand .Rooms are so clean as if they are brand .I never use towels in any other hotel even anantara siam but I surely use in lebua pure shining white

Great place with great management In form of Mr Rajan thats what i will like to summarize this feedback as it was my mothers 75th birthday and for this lifetime event i chose lebua as i lived the grandeur of the place and feel my parents deserve it. we booked 2 bedroom suites to get the best of what the property had to offer. We checked and surely were enchanted with the opulent luxury and hospitality that they offered and was made to order what we expected. unfortunately we had some infrastructural setbacks and we did cooperate with the establishment on moral grounds keeping that humanitarian perspective. But some of the issues were not getting resolved. and sure i was vulnerable being in a foreign nation with elderly parents. But MR Rajan Khurana…. general manager of the institution set an exemplary example of great hospitality and emotional intelligence. He being his humble self dis hear us out and took personal interest to make sure that our vacation was a memorable one. He took the accountability and made sure that we as consumers were taken care of in all respects. So every business is made of humans and they are the point of interaction and the experience that they offer. With individuals like Mr Khurana on board i can guarantee that any institution will leave a a mark. As above all experiences is the Humane touch that is PRICELESS and i recognize that Mr Rajan offered one to us. Due to which i will patronize lebua for my lifetime. Finally will recommend lebua to every traveller who’s looking for something special than the ordinary. Also will request the Lebua management to appreciate and recognize Mr Rajan for all he’s done as he truly enhanced the brand image with his acts and demeanor.

Mesmerizing stay at top of the world

We went for a family trip with my parents, my wife and daughter to Bangkok and stayed at the property. The staff was very welcoming and took great care of us . We were pampered with complimentary chocolates, wine and fruits on arrival besides being housed in a well furnished room. It had a bar , washing machine, microwave,coffee maker and everything else you would need for a 6 night stay. We infact invited our guests and could host them properly in our 2 bedroom suite. Besides the amenities the view from the room was mesmerizing - our room situated on the 53rd floor had 3 balconies overlooking the bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya river.the view especially In the evening with all river cruises floating in the river and the lights of the tall skyscraper switched on became magical. The hospitality of the staff will need another special mention. My dad had an unfortunate accident on the trip , and the entire hotel staff led by the able GM to the duty manager and the front desk staff went out of the way to make us feel comfortable while my father recovered and made us feel like we were at home. I will never forget this magical stay and will recommend this place to everyone who visits Bangkok and wants to have a good time.

Magnificient hotel although some parts are a bit outdated but it was still classic. Location is very convenient to the BTS skytrain only 10 minutes walking. They alao provide shuttle service as well. Sky bar is definitely a must come and Sirocco dinning is just outstandig. One of the reasons I came here often is because of staffs. They are generous and ensure your stay is great. Check in and check out was quick. Thank you to Cherry for making our stay so great.
