Man we loved this hotel. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and comfy. And it’s an insane deal! And did I mention a great location! Short walk to trains and bus and metro

I really wanted to like this hotel but after visiting 6 other hotels in Europe this is the only one that missed the mark. The hotel itself is not in the best area but is only a 20 minute walk from land marks. The hotel reception area is nice but the staff was not very friendly and looked annoyed any time we asked a question. The rest of the hotel has an unpleasent oder. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room was dingy and dusty. The worst of all was how hot they were. I did not expect AC as most of Europe doesn’t have it but no fans or anything. We decided to open a window as it was impossible to sleep only to be attacked by mosquitoes. While I understand mosquitoes happen, many other areas in Rome have spayed to reduce the problem.

Great location, well-preserved rooms with a huge history, you live like in a museum, professional and well-trained stuff which is ready to help their guests. The only wish is to make breakfast more diverse. Highly recommended! Hope to return here soon!

I stayed here for 4 nights on my first time travelling to Rome, the hotel staff were always pleasant and polite, happy to help with anything. Breakfast was lovely and in the continental fashion. The rooms were compact yet comfy, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent place to go forth and explore Rome, as the hotel is very centrally located next to the train station.

Chose this hotel for proximity to the train station and takes less than 15 minutes to walk. Safe area right by the opera. Walkable to all the major sights in old town Rome. Room nice with amenities like a/c, safe, refrigerator. Good pillows and towels. Bed had some type of plastic cover on it so rather uncomfortable as we woke up sweaty. Don’t miss the lovely terrace to enjoy a bottle of wine and the sunset. Several tables but we had entire terrace to ourselves which was a plus. Several restaurants nearby and public transportation easily accessible.
