This is just over 5 minutes walk from the main station , also 2 min walk from hotel to nearest tram stop. The room was relatively small for family of 3 , but since we were here for just a night stay , it was manageable. Good option for someone who want to stay near the Zurich HB station. Did not try complimentary break fast as had to leave early morning. The check in was smooth , with reception desk person was polite & helpful.

Great location, 10 mn walk from the station, very comfortable and clean: cery good value for the city of Zurich. In the evening, nothing much around to dine and not great for two girls to walk around but the restaurant inside the hotel is nice and so is the food.

Great Hotel and Staff!....Shame about the Wi-Fi

The hotel and the staff were great!, The review score was due mainly due to the unavailability of wifi for virtually the whole stay. I mentioned it to the staff 3 times during our stay and it was suggested that they would reset the modem (not sure how this would affect other guests?) There were other guests also experiencing the same issue. FOR US, it was an important aspect as we couldn't contact our younger children back in Australia while at the Hotel, we had to go elsewhere for free Wi-Fi. Other aspects of the stay were minor such as no tea/coffee in the foyer on several occasions (although I'm still not sure if the service is supposed to be only on arrival? :) ) Also the curtain partition for the shower....why not have it in an L shape? that would allow other room users to use toilet and/or enter/exit room? (FREE design tip! :) )That aside, I would 100% recommend the hotel....It has a great location, great staff, very cleen eco-friendly and excellent amenities.

Parking experience 0/5 points (you have to first register and leave your car in a restricted area in front of the hotel until you get a key for the parking door) Long queue for checkin No Accor elite benefits recognized (no upgrade, no welcome drink) Odor from the shower Smallest room I‘ve ever seen in a hotel

I booked this hotel, a brand recognized worldwide. The location is quite central. The really terrible thing is the service provided by the staff, who didn't even congratulate me on my birthday, nor even respond to my special request. Impersonal and cold service. the other star goes to the free coffee in the lobby.
