1) room service not available 24*7 Very much bad this 2) room nice but not we have done like photo in site 3) cafeteria too small 4) afterall hotel is average good 5) bar is not included in hotel 6) I've check in 2 pm but my checkout is 9:30 am... No excuses accepted by hotel... Very bad of this 7) Reception staff are very good

Rooms and washroom both tooo small.... Rest part so so... Terrace view is nice... Taxi stand just outside from hotel... No electric kettle or table inside the room.... After online booking firstly they provide worst room ....coz we done payment already....

Room is clean, Food is really valu for Money. Only problem is Tea is made from Machine. It is too sweet. Person having Sugar should avoid taking tea and coffee at Kumkum. Also food serving timing should start from 6.30am as check out is early. Overall experience is very good.

Hotel Kumkum was very compact fully designed but everything was well organized. The rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. the staff are humble and cooperative. the food we ordered in the room service was prompt and was tasty. The service provided was excellent.
