Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff.. Beautiful and clean rooms and common spaces. Our room was great size for two adults and two kids. Good location too. We only stayed one night on a layover, but we wish we could’ve been here longer. We hope to return sometime.

The best service we have ever had at a hotel, ask a question and they stop everything and get you an answer or directions or…,,, the rooms although small are very comfortable. A fan is in the closet if you use one. We were feeling humid so the fan helped with the windows wide open. They are cleaning your room daily. You can rent a bike and see the neighborhood. Ear plugs are provided for traffic noise, we did not use but the noise would get loud. The breakfast buffet is amazing, fruits, veggies, eggs, juices, yogurt, granola, waffles…

We stayed one night here after getting off a cruise - beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff ever! Very comfy beds and they even have a happy hour every night with a free drink for every guest! Hotel is close to the cruise terminal and airport and convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We went on the hop on off bus with canal tour - highly recommend this tour- a little tough finding the bus stop but the bus drivers are very helpful and most everyone speaks English and will help you. Copenhagen is one one the most picturesque cities we have been too-i would highly recommend this hotel!

They stuck rigidly to a 3 pm check in - we arrived at 1 pm - and had to put our bags in their already overcrowded baggage room! At 2 pm we said there must be a room ready and had to pay 100 DKK extra for the privilege. The TV does not work and the shower goes all over the bathroom floor! Not impressed so far.
