The overall experience was great at our stay in Kohinoor Continental ( Chakala). Right from the checkin wherein the process was smooth. Ms Namrata Yadav at the reception was very kind and helpful . The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety every day. Buffet Dinner was also great with lot of variety. Rooms are very well maintained . Room attendant Santosh was very helpful and efficient in his job.

Hotel Kohinoor is very well managed property . Place is clean , spic and span. We had been to Solitaire on 24th July and had a great experience. The place was fully packed, but Manager Sashikant ensured a very good service. Chef Bhagwan Jadhav & Chef Mukesh Dhandiyal visited out table and customised salads and prepared one of the best mutton biryanis. Umesh has a good hand at LIITs. Hotel is highly recommended! Loved the way the staff treated us ♥️.
