lovely hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Really loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our room wasn't that big but it was very quiet and dark so we had a good sleep. Bathroom had magnifying mirror with light around it which was really helpful as no natural light. Great strong shower. Could have done with an extra towel rail next to the shower - I always find hotels are short of towel rails. Overall a great hotel all round.

Great hotel. clean, updated room and great location. The staff was helpful upon checkin and allowed us to store our bags until our room was ready…. Excellent breakfast choices… I especially liked the fresh squeezed orange juice machine!!

Very quiet hotel with lovely athmosphere. Excellent Breakfast Good service in the hotel. Clean hotel. Beautiful room, good bead, much pillows and plush blanket Good location. We also get special information about seeings in the city from the receptionist .

We had a very nice two (2) week stay at the Hotel Josefshof. The room was nice and clean and (thank goodness) not too small. The only complaint I could think of was that the hot water in the shower was only medium warm - everything else was very good. And, of course, the hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to the tram and U-Bahn and many great pubs and restaurants. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating to us during our stay. Sabrina, Gyorgy (George from Hungary), Thomas (I think that was his name) and the short girl with the black hair (I think her name was Annalena, or something like that) all were very nice and helped us out alot with our many questions. I wish to also thank Rene, who was especially friendly and helpful. We wish them all much luck in the future and hope to see them all again whenever the day arrives when we are lucky enough to once again be able to visit the beautiful city of Vienna.
