The hotel is tidy but not spotless. The hotel does not have a lift/elevator. This hotel is not a luxury but a budget hotel. You will be provided with minimal consumables like soap and a water bottle. A cup of tea will cost you 22 rs if ordered via room service.

Let me start by saying that while the rating of 4 indicates very good, this hotel is good and good opportunity exists to become very good. I picked this hotel in random as my digital aid threw this up as being near to the place where I had work to complete. Reaching Mangalore by flight from Bengaluru early in the morning, easy cab ride to the hotel was my first impression of the place. I spent 3 days end August 17 and did not have much to complain given that it had excellent connectivity to all the shopping i had to do, the engagements that we had to complete etc. It is a small lodge with decent living space for a double bed and bath, a small old type eatery as an annexe and another small fully packed sales outlet for Indian eats - both sweet and salted - which people in general love to dig their hands into. The complimentary breakfast at the eat annexe (i will not call it a hotel) was decent South Indian Vegetarian fare, warm water for drinking !!!! and a good filter coffee to start the day with full energy. The market nearby is a good example of a spread that you can allow your eyes to rove by standing in the road to pick the shop that will have what you want. All in all an affordable place with good connectivity to other places and also one where you can stroll around to shop in leisure.
