Location: hotel locations is very good it’s located on main Mumbai Bangalore highway Room : Room where small but good and well maintained and well furnished water bottle , tea and coffee bags milk Pakets available in room but surprisingly CUPS not available can’t understand hotel management’s logic Behind not providing CUPS in room Bathroom: bathroom small but clean but only one Small sop is provided nothing else Restaurant and breakfast : I have visit restaurant only for breakfast which is located at ground floor near lobby it’s looks like the table and chairs placed temporarily like function the breakfast is very limited items Evan thy don’t have sugar free tea I ask but thy says it will take 15 minutes to serve overall poor breakfast Check in checkout :- check in checkout is very easy and don’t take much time staff on reception is helpful and cooperative but carry sufficient cash to clear your bills as card-machine not working Overall Location Rooms staff all good breakfast not good I recommend book room without breakfast Management need to look about 1. hygienic breakfast and restaurant 2. add some more items in breakfast 3. Provide cups in room 4. Keep proper working card swap machine at reception 5. Provided toiletry in bathroom
