Amazing location and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. We overslept and missed the morning walking tour. The guest services manager Pedro overheard and took us on a private tour. Cannot suggest Hotel da Baixa more highly if you are planning a trip to Lisbon!

My wife and I decided to stay here for our short visit to Lisbon mainly due to its very central location and we both absolutely loved the experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by very pleasant staff and offered refreshments whilst we were checking in and our bags taken to the room. Initial impression of the room was excellent but after staying in it for one night there were a couple of things that weren't working for us so we asked if there was the possibility to move rooms. Again, the reception staff couldn't be more helpful, fully addressing all of our concerns. The room was clean and kept refreshed daily. Reception staff, bar staff and dining staff were all amazing, offering advice on places to eat, what to see and even history of Lisbon. The hotel's location is excellent, with a lot of key sites accessible within walking distance (or perhaps climbing distance!) Overall, a highly recommended hotel for staying in Lisbon.

I would absolutely stay here again.. the customer service is what makes this hotel stand out from other similar hotels. The whole team make it their priority to look after you. Pedro their guest service manager is constantly available to help and advise ...alongside providing an excellent free tour ... don't stay anywhere else

Hotel da Baixa was definitely a top rated experience. We were welcomed with a glass of wine! There were no additional fees for coffee, tea, apples, and treats. We were treated daily to the most amazing breakfast too and included made to order omelets and waffles as well as a full buffet. The staff were absolutely the nicest and caring we’ve ever experienced. We were treated to a free walking tour and we learned so much about Lisbon. I would recommend Hotel da Baixa to all my friends and family. Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and the amenities amble. Oh yes, we also had a bottle of Rose champagne waiting for us in our room. Truly perfect!

Room looked newly renovated. A little small, ideal for one person but good enough for two people. The breakfast had a great selection of items plus an omlette station! The free walking tour included was also great and ended with a glass of wine. Our tour guide, Pedro, was excellent!
