HORRIBLE..WORST SERVICE..CHEATING CUSTOMER AND FORCED CUSTOMER TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE FOOD ORDERED BUT NOT DELIVERED,,NO PROPER ACOUSTIC,, Full of noisy environments If we ask for shaving kit they will give dental kit Very very poor service Not capable of running a hotel Unprofessional staffs especially the lady receptionist and food service Strongly recommend to DONT GO WITH THIS HOTEL

Rooms are good but the noise from neighbouring rooms is a real pain… Staff is not courteous at all and have a standard reply “ We are sorry , we will improve “ Room service is pathetically slow If things don’t get managed soon , it will be sad to see a good hotel go south

Babylon has strategic location near Raipur airport and Central to city. Supportive staff. Good food, Smooth Check in and Check out. Overall Stay was really comfortable. I will recommend the place for both business and trips with family. Will be my choice for my next visit to Raipur

It was as usual wonderful experience to stay along with delicious cuisine. Durga at front office was extraordinary supportive and helpful. Room hygiene and other things was as usual upto the mark which made my stay comfortable and cosy. Would like to stay again & again.
