This place was a disaster. The first room smelled so bad, I asked to be moved to another room. It was just as bad, and the keypad didn't work. There was no furniture except a bed, small dresser, and chair, and a sad little dented mini-fridge sitting on the floor. The pictures on the website are NOTHING like the actual place. There were lots of personal items in many of the windows, and kids toys all around, so it looked to me like it was more a refugee camp than a business hotel. I was supposed to stay for 4 days and work, but after an hour I realized my health and sanity were at risk. I checked out immediately and while I forfeited the cost of one night's stay, it was a sacrifice I was happy to make. I moved just half a mile to another budget hotel with prices in the same range, and it was like night and day. This place need a major overhaul before anybody should consider staying there.

Don't go there! Although the staff was very friendly, the hotel was a mess. The front doors don't even work right!They are currently under construction and are doing a much needed renovation right now it is terrible. It is not in a good location and you hear cars going by all night. The breakfast and coffee were terrible. The bed was super hard and the room was very dark. The bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even glued to the wall. We usually give hotels 3 strikes until we go out but this one had like 10 so we left a day early.

Upon arriving 15 minutes early decided to go in and check in with my family. The front desk lady said it would be 100 extra dollars to check in that amount of minutes early so we went back to the car and waited. Upon entering again there were tarps, blocking off the entire, first floor, along with boxed toilets, lining the hallway Entering our room curtains are hanging up with the zip ties and the ceiling is peeling away. The couch is covered in black stains. Carpet is sticky so yall have to wear shoes in your room.Do not recommend staying here. 0/10

Stayed here for a few days for business in the area. Booked my room via phone, was trying to get a room at the Homewood Suites but that hotel was full. I was under the impression that this hotel was of similar quality. At check in the lady was on her cell phone on a personal call and was reluctant to end the call to check me in. This was a common scene throughout the week as I returned from my business obligations. The woman was a bit rude when I asked for a second key. She said the key card machine wasn’t working well and I’d have to check back another time. The hotel was under renovation and the whole bottom floor was closed off. Our floor hallway was flickering with hallway lights that would shutter off and on. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Internet was fair. At night there were people hanging out and drifting in from the fuel station next door. Overall I wasn’t happy with my visit and was glad to leave.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and should not have had guests staying there. Staff was unwelcoming. Water was cold.

The staff was unwelcoming. They acted like it was a burden for them to help us and other guests. Not up to the usual Hilton standards the we have come to expect. First floor was under construction and it didn’t look like guests should be staying there at all. Water was cold, amenities were missing. TV was not working. When we asked for a resolution to these matters we were told that nothing could be done and to call back in the morning.
