Fantastic location and great staff. The rooms however a bit small, the elevator takes an eternity to catch.

I stayed there with my son. Our room with a double bed and private bathroom was fine. We were on the 6th floor with a good view of the city. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the street all night. The breakfast wasn’t good, and there’s room for improvement. The reception and common areas were worn, smelled, and quite dirty. I believe the hotel is best suited for young travelers who want to meet other young people.

I was really impressed with this hostel, it was much nicer than many hotels I've stayed at! We opted for a private deluxe double room with en-suite, as it was on the top floor (of 6) it was nice & quiet, modern and a decent size. The communal areas are great, lots of room inside which is cheerfully decorated, and a big outdoor area. The buffet breakfast was good value and set us up well for the morning and the staff (especially on the reception desk) were really friendly and efficient. The large electronic lockers were really useful for leaving our bags in for hours after we checked out. I'd definitely highly recommend staying here.

For booking you can do it in a lot of ways, by paypal, maestro, etc. But when I arrived overthere I needed a valid creditcard to get thru the check in. As I am travelling more then 40 years and stay in International Hostels all over Europe I always was able to do the check-in without a creditcard, could use my maestro card or if needed by cash. By Generator policy it is not so. Here it is neccesary to have an expensive banking account with a creditcard. If you don't have, you can not check in even if you have your reservation done.
