We had an incredible stay at the FS Chicago. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff were so on point and the location is perfect. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was superb. This is one of if not the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. we will definitely be back!

The stay was very pleasant , the room was large and comfortable with a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. The products in the bathroom were very high end. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is prime. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Chicago.

The Four Seasons Chicago is a fantastic hotel to stay while you’re visiting this beautiful city. This is a well appointed very elegant property in the heart of the North side of town. From the warm greeting upon arrival and the “anything is possible” attitude from their entire team, you will feel like you’re staying with family. I was in town for 6 nights on business and had meetings in the lobby and they made everything so easy. The team of bartender’s couldn’t do enough for my clients and really made things run smooth. Big thank you to all of you! The concierge team is always very helpful and their housekeeping team is so responsive and really makes your 6 night world feel welcoming when returning from a long day. The front desk always says hello to you by name and couldn’t have done any more for me that week! The gym and spa are really nice and you won’t be disappointed with the massive pool and jacuzzi! Honestly, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Chicago and have already booked a 10 day stay in October! Well done!

Amazing property in a great location. The staff are as good as they come and the overall quality of the common areas and guest rooms are first class. I have stayed at the hotel several times and am never disappointed. The brand is on point and it is my go to hotel in Chicago.

Multiple times a year my wife and I travel to Chicago (a 3 hour drive from Indianapolis) for mini-vacations of shopping, dining etc. And for almost 10 years we have made the Four Seasons Chicago our home-away-from home. A major remodel of the lobby and restaurant and a re-fresh of the rooms in 20-21 was very well done and the service keeps us coming back. The concierge team will never disappoint on any request (thanks, Karen!). From the curb to the front desk to your room….the staff is what you would expect from a Four Seasons property. There are certainly newer hotels on the Magnificent Mile - but the Four Seasons is just so consistently reliable it wouldn’t make sense to go anywhere else.
