7 friends and I recently spent 4 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal hotel. We had an exceptional experience from the beginning when we met the Front Office Manager, Achille Donato. Achille was able to upgrade our rooms and he and the staff there went over and above to help us with taxis, restaurants, and any thing else we needed. I want to highlight Juan and Lara for their outstanding customer services. In the bar and restaurant areas, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, especially Tiago and Sam. On behalf of our group of 8, thanks to you Achille, and to the entire staff for adding a lot to our special visit in Barcelona. We loved your location as well!!!@

The staff is super accommodating and helpful. I traveled with a 40 person group for business and had a great experience. I would recommend! The check in process was super smooth and fast. Staff is always at the desk, ready to help anyone. Great stay!

Only good things to say! We stayed here as a family of three for several nights in May, and had a wonderful experience. We arrived early (9/10 am), and we were immediately checked in and given our room early. Breakfast was included for platinum Marriott members, and they even let us in the day of our check-in, which was much appreciated after the long trip. Breakfast was a buffet-style selection, and we never ran out of options. Similarly, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the Gastro Corner, several times and were pleasantly surprised by every dish. We tried the paella, burger, fish of the day, octopus, several tapas, and tiramisu, and all were wonderful. The plating was beautiful and every dish was excellent. Most of all, the staff were very pleasant and made our dining experience extremely enjoyable. The room was a very standard, clean hotel room, while the location was perfect. The hotel is connected to a Rambla that is much lest touristy than the main, well-known Rambla, but has just as many good food selections. We went to several stores on that street, and enjoyed some wonderful Empanadas and Argentinian steaks. It was a short metro ride away from practically every tourist destination, and a quick walk from the beach. Overall, a 10/10 stay!

I am very disappointed in the cancellation policy. I booked a reservation in Oct. 2023 for my trip in May 2024. It was a non-refundable, non-cancellation booking. Unfortunately, my husband is ill and I am not able to travel to Spain. Despite being able to provide documentation, I was not able to get back any of my money. I am heart-broken because of my husband's condition, my inability to fulfil my dream of traveling to Spain and finally the money that we are forfeiting because the hotel will not refund any of our money. I wonder if they will re-book my room and capitalized on our misfortune. I did not expect a total refund but I was hoping some arrangement could be made as a good will and to ensure my future business. I guess not!
