First class staff & service, from the valet to the welcoming check-in staff & room upgrade. Every staff member we encountered was so helpful & gracious. Delicious breakfast & surprise for our 54th. anniversary. We felt like VIPs! Convenient location: Walking distance to Centennial Hall. We look forward to returning after a truly memorable stay!

Honestly, I can't say enough good about my stay here. My room had a couple of issues, and the staff were on it and had it taken care of immediately. Every single service person that I spoke to there was absolutely amazing. I would particularly like to point out one of the servers, Jyoti, who really went above and beyond and made my breakfast experience so relaxing I almost missed my appointment. LOL All the food I was served there, for breakfast and dinner, was top quality. The room was spacious, the venue is beautiful, and it was lovely to see the history of the building displayed on the walls. Even the valet service people were really on the ball, polite, helpful, and had my car there for me when I needed it. Next time I'm in the area, I will be absolutely certain to stay here.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a double Queen room on Wednesday April 17th, 2024. The hotel lobby is beautiful, check in was smooth and friendly, our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was very neutral not spectacular but very pleasant. Issues mentioned in negative reviews: Valet parking was taken care of quickly and the staff was very friendly. I especially liked the option to use my smartphone to request the car at a convenient time for me and the car was ready 10 minutes earlier than I requested. Of course it was 9:00 a.m. on a weekday so the day and time you request may affect results. I barely noticed a chlorine smell in the lobby and only when I walked around the corner towards the pool area . The elevators were all working. This is an excellent hotel for an event at Budweiser Gardens, it's an easy half mile walk.

Our family of four stayed at the Delta Armouries for one night in June 2023 while visiting some friends in London. I had very high hopes for this hotel as it is a Delta so we payed a premium for what I consider London ON prices. I was unfortunately slightly underwhelmed by the hotel. Outside it very cool looking as it looks like a castle and inside is very interesting in the pool area but the photos I saw looked like there was a hot tub but when we arrived the hot tub was bricked over. I'm not sure how long it had been that way but it was a little disappointing as was expecting that. The room was mediocre clean, though it was updated and the beds were very comfortable. I give it a three, it wasn't terrible and there are lots of interesting little nocks to explore but I'd say for the price the expectations were higher than what I recieved.

Pathetic, vehicle smashed while valet parked nobody told me nobody will call me back. Pathetic

I stayed here for 11 nights. Why is this review so awful? It’s $40 to park as they only have valley parking. When I got the vallet to retrieve my vehicle I got in and noticed my back window was smashed. The vallet said they didn’t notice. I needed to go somewhere and was unable to. I was told the manager would call me asap. I took my vehicle to get fixed as nobody would respond to me. After 28 hours I pressed hard and finally got in contact with a manager. The manager advised they were still looking at the video. He told me he would email me I. The weekend. This was on March 14. I have yet to hear from them. I have left voicemails and keep getting told somebody will call but nobody will. Items were stolen from the back of my vehicle and I couldn’t even get the hotel to cooperate on simple requests so I could make a police report. Essentially I had to pay to to park my vehicle in an unsafe area where it got smashed, they called who “monitor” the cameras didn’t catch it and nobody will call me back. Imagine paying to get your vehicle smashed and then paying for that as well. Completely inexcusable behaviour from the hotel and vallets. Zero accountability. I had booked other hotels with bonvoy for my future business travels and all have been cancelled. Embarrassing behaviour by them.
