Fabulous flats in a great location in central Lisbon. Lots of restaurants and bars in very close proximity. Breakfasts very nice. Noisy area but room totally silent once window shut. Room is very "arty" - superbly furnished. Very comfortable bed.

Our family of 3 stayed 3 nights in this hotel. I think it was a good find and would recommend it to fellow family travellers! We had booked a one bedroom apartment with terrace, so it had basically two rooms: one bedroom with terrace and a kitchen/livingroon/bedroom. Plenty of room and privacy to accommodate our teenager and us parents. The rooms were clean and spacious with funky decor. The hotel is conveniently located in Barro Alto near mainroad by the square, near to basically everything. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I would say the best part of it was though the fact that they served really nice breakfast to the room! I thought it was just lovely and made the mornings really relaxing! The only downside of this hotel is noise cancellation, or the lack of it. So if you happen to have neighbours (whether loud or not) you will hear them in their every waking hour. So bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. However, even with this downside, I still think this hotel was good value for money for the our family's needs.

Chiado Arty Flats was our home away from home in Lisbon. Ideally situated at the edge of Chiado and Barrio Alto, we were in a vibrant neighborhood with delicious restaurants just outside our door. The best thing about Chiado Arty Flats was the hospitality of Tomas and Catarina. From the moment we booked, they worked to make our trip easy and fun. The room we had was lovely, a little kitchenette, spacious bedroom, and a wonderful garden area. Each morning we had the most amazing breakfast delivered at a time that was convenient for us. This is a little gem that we will be back to stay at when we visit Lisbon again.

This place is a great location for your stay in lisbon. Catarina & Tomas are so welcoming and recommended great places to eat. We loved our apartment, it was so funky, sound proofed and the breakfast was delicious. This is the place to stay if your visiting Lisbon

We had a very nice stay in this perfectly located hotel. The place offers well equipped and very quiet studios with a modern decoration (industrial style that one may like or not but it was quite well done). Front desk is extremely nice and welcoming, bedding is comfortable and the wifi is strong and reliable. The place was not attended after 18h at the time of our stay which was not a problem in our case but might complicate things depending on one’s schedule. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional, and served in the room which is both nice but also somewhat limiting as you have to fix a delivery schedule in advance and thus lack flexibility. The whole experience was rather nice but it came at quite a hefty price that was not justified given the limited facilities offered by the hotel.
