Very good hotel. Location is excellent- about 5 minutes walk to the city center. Check in and check out is fast, staff is professional. Room is clean, but to be honest-pretty small. Bathroom is clean also, but i did not like shower system+ bathroom is very small also.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend in a bunk room. First 2 nights slept well, mattresses quite firm and pillows very thin. Thought it was good value for money following these 2 nights. However on the final night we were kept awake by the some neighbours who were screaming and shouting until the early hours of the morning, very thin walls. The room gets very hot if the window is not kept open and there aren’t any controls for heating/AC. The en-suite wasn’t the cleanest with lots of hairs on the wall. Some toiletries are provided however we didn’t use these. It did offer breakfast for an additional cost however we didn’t use this service. It’s a close distance to Copenhagen central station which was useful and has some fast food/breakfast options inside. It is essentially a very cheap place to rest your head in an expensive city so you get what you pay for and it was value for money so can’t really complain.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a budget hotel that provides everything you need. I don’t know what people expect for the money. Room was compact but well equipped for a couple of nights, let’s face it, who’s sat in the room anyway! Breakfast was mostly continental, cold meats, cheese, breads, croissants, cereals. Coffee and juice machine. Various milks to choose from. There was also scrambled eggs and small hotdog sausages in a vat but they were lukewarm whick didn’t matter as there was a microwave right beside so we warmed it up. In a nice quiet area, that was 5 mins from train station and tivoli. Netto just round corner. Room was lovely and warm, had to open balcony door a few times, but better than being cold! Would definitely return a bargain for price we paid on booking.com. Copenhagen is immaculate well organised and everyone speaks excellent English. It feels so safe, it puts the UK to shame!

It’s a budget hotel, it’s no thrills and it’s what you expect. Had a few complaints though, the room was not clean, I had stains on my bedding and towels and hair stuck to the little wiper they provide to help clean the bathroom. The walls were paper and I mean paper thin, I was finding myself waking up everytime someone left their room… The heating, doesn’t turn off? It was very cold during our stay but when inside the room the non stop heating was making it very uncomfortable when sleeping, I was able to kinda open a window to combat this but it didn’t help much. Overall though this hotel is much more affordable than other hotels in the area and is in a great location for the Train Station (5 min walk) and Tivoli (5 min walk) Staff were always very helpful and friendly

The only positive part location! Think before booking! The room is very tiny, but the bathroom is definitely a cubicle shower super uncomfortable part u not feel clean at all! This place is only for a night stay and no more expectations. The mattress is well used woke up with back pain. No internet connection or very weak signal U can easily hear everything from next door wall looks like paper!
