The hotel was conveniently placed, friendly and helpful staff, and quiet rooms. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. Air con worked and the shower etc were as you would want. The rooms were clean when we arrived and were cleaned every day. This is not a cheap cheap hotel, but it is fairly priced for a city hotel.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was ok sizewise and being able to Partien off the bedroom. Nevertheless the very open bathroom makes it impossible to even go to the toilet at night, without waking the other person, as you have to switch on the lights and then the bedroom will be bright as well. Furthermore, there was not one comfortable chair in the suite at all. Nothing where you would snug into with a book and read. The most uncomfortable hard low plastic chairs where on the terrace. The daybed on the terrace has bird droppings on it in no time and is damp after rain, so impossible to use really. There is a roof/sunshade/rain protection needed for the terrace. Breakfast was ok, but the hot options were negligible (there was scrambled egg only on one out of three days, the other days it was some dry quiche or potato pie type). Staff nice, but we didn’t really need any particular attention or help, as we had prepared ourselves well for our visit. Upon departure, we were not asked how we liked our stay and if everything was ok. Would possible book again, if the Junior Suite is available and competitively priced, but only for cost reasons as other apartments around the area were almost double the price. You have to make significant allowances for comfort in this hotel. More design than function, unfortunately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd give it 6 stars if I could. This is easily my favorite hotel in Barcelona. I was checked in by Thais and within 5 minutes of arriving was already having an absolute blast chatting with her. She's so awesome. Thanks, Thais! The location is excellent, right on Roselló and Enric Granados (which is a super quaint street). It's a beautiful hotel located in l'Eixample right next to FGC Provença and Metro Diagonal stations. It's also just 2 blocks from la Rambla de Catalunya and an additional block to Passeig de Gràcia. I personally wouldn't rather stay anywhere else. In addition to its bold colors, functionality, and being spotless--the room's bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning is amazing. The shower is absolutely divine. Great water pressure, awesome soaps, and consistent and powerful hot water. The shower is just an absolute dream (***but Barcelona is experiencing a drought right now, so please do your part to limit your water use). Finally, a shout out to the housekeeping staff who are amazing and who so much of the daily awesomeness of the room is thanks to.

Great location near cafes and restaurants- staff very helpful and room was great good bed and breakfast. Found a laundry 250m away and ate in 2 Spanish restaurants with an easy walk. An easy ride from the train station and lots of shops and food experiences close by. Staying there again tomorrow.
