Surprised with how modern the reception and all communal areas were upon arrival. As a group of 6 we were split across 3 rooms and all rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Would have been useful to have a mini fridge for storage but that's being picky. We didn't realise the hotel was also a hostel and each room had a door connecting to the room next door. One of the rooms doors were unlocked and we walked in to someone else's room. But the next day this door was then locked like the other rooms. Overall would recommend due to the quality of hotel as well as the close proximity to the metro underground station.

Hostel is filled with technology, rooms are simple furnished and very clean and light. There is a big payable parking. There are two things which would be not so good after more than a weekend at the hostel - breakfast choice is limited and tv has no Czech stations and only BBC News in English.

Looks like a decent place to stay but is overcrowded with nightmare guests. Premises are miles away from centre so takes around 40 mins to get there using public transport with 2 changes. Check in was awful as booking number provided was not recognised so unable to add any extras like early check in etc. Express check in machines were not working so queue for desk was massive so had to wait ages. 3 small lifts with 1 appearing to be out of order so always a massive queue for them. Room was adequate but no soundproofing whatsoever. You could hear everything from next door. First night was ok but then a load of guests in their late teens/early 20s arrived and made the rest of our stay an absolute misery. Constantly running up and down corridor while screaming and shouting. Multple times they were kicking our room door then running away at all hours of the day and night (3 in morning at one point) My teenage son (who is autistic) was scared. I went to reception twice about this and even though they were pleasant nothing was done about the issue. Security was a joke. Went to them and they weren't interested. Wonder how interested they would have been if I had managed to get my hands on the sh#ts causing the bother. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this place and look elsewhere closer to the centre if you can. I can easily say this has been my worst experience staying at a hostel or hotel. They haven't enough staff or facilities to deal with such high numbers of guests. Feel like once they have you're money and through the door then they couldn't care less about you.

Almost perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, all had their own toilet/bathroom, beds, pillows, etc. were good. Downstairs is a large lobby area, where there is a bar, games, etc. Everything went very well, logging in took a long time, approx. 40 min. It could be made a little faster by bundling the keys by room and giving each resident their own card. A big plus is the possibility to do laundry, it will be a big help for us in the future. I would have liked something warm to eat for breakfast. But all in all, a good place even for a large group, even though the lift capacity was small.
