Great location. Just on the mall road . But you have to walk for 5 min with your luggage or hire a rishwa for 50/- each to hotel gate . We stayed in 101 room which was premium catagory. Room size was good . Big . Super balcony with doon vally views. You can enjoy from your bed also . But celling hight is too short . We felt suffocated. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Specially restaurant staffs are very prompt and polite. One lady ( I forget her name) was too good. Very nice lady .

Terrible hotel. I have booked their premium room with balcony. Floor is damaged, washroom was stinking, no cleaning in the room, basic amenities was not there. At the time of check In the receptionist (Ms. Vishakha) was busy on talking on phone instead of attending the guest. She was discussing about how desperately she needs a job change in front of the guest how is waiting for check in. Pathetic service.
