Our experience is very good about this hotel. Location wise is excellent. Room quality is good but need to improvement on washroom amenities and and also quality. Restaurant is excellent. Food quality is very good. Service personnel were very efficient and cordial.

This hotel is perfect for family stays. The location is very convenient as it is in the exact centre of Darjeeling and near the mall market which is very good for shopping. View is also very pleasant. The food is awesomely delicious and very tasty and you never feel like eating out of the hotel. The variety is large and buffet line provides lot of options. The staff is very friendly and helpful and never hesitate to give any kind of help to all the resident guests. I would like to mention some names — Subham and Sushmita from the restaurant department are exceptionally friendly. Overall, in my view , I would give this hotel a rating of 11 / 10…

One of the best places to stay in Darjeeling. The people were soo friendly , supportive and happy to help us out. Restaurant was very good and their service was excellent. Throughout the days of our stay Ms. Sushmita was very kind and helpful. I would give them 5/5 for every aspect. Would suggest this place for future stays too. Even spa was good there with affordable prices.

Everything about this hotel is really great foods ,staff ,rooms ,views and location.it is really close to chowrasta (mallroad).and the breakfast spread is really good too .staff are nice well behaved and lovely thank yo mr Subham ,Prajala and Amisha for your wonderful hospitality .
