Good location, very basic accommodation, staffs are quite helpful but very minimum English. No breakfast (as mentioned in the booking) They didn’t serve food basically! But you got fast food, food shops/ vendors, cafe in a stone throw away. No electrical kettle in the room. You have to pay for the 500ml bottle water. Very noisy corridor during the morning. The shower in my room didn’t work well, the hot water turned into cold water half way of my shower. I informed them the next morning, they changed another room for me. Basically, don’t expect anything for the price you paid.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it's central location and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they attended to my every need. The hotel is a little old,but very clean. I stayed in a large room with a view overlooking the city at a discounted rate because of my long stay. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning, and if i was late the staff were only to willing to stay back and cook for me. When i come back to Da nang city i will be staying at the Xuan Huong Hotel.

I stayed here for one night on 18/05/12 and paid my bill in cash, in full the next morning. Later on in the day it transpired that my mate had paid for my room on check in the previous afternoon, they also tried to double charge him. In addition, I paid for laundry to be cleaned and it turned up filthy, with literally no attempt to clean. Take my advice and stay away from this incompetent or corrupt hotel. If this review loses them money and saves at least one traveller from their disgraceful behaviour then I will be happy.

This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Firstly the website is full of lies- there is no gym (in fact when I asked where it was they first said it was being repaired. Then that it was on 7th floor. Then that its not on 7th floor, its closed. Pack of lies after lies). there is no massage, no restaurant, and the souvenair shop is a bookcase in reception with ornaments that have price tags on. They dont put any lights on, clearly saving electricity. The breakfast was absolutly appalling- It ws like sitting in someones personal kitchen with the cooks glaring as though they had never seen foreigners before, and they ONLY had noodles. Thats it. Noodles. No juice, no coffee, no nothing. Just noodles. As for the rooms: we were kept awake at 6am by the staff shouting at each other down the hallway, and the towels were grey with stains, the bed didnt have sheets even!!! $40/night we paid!!!!! its worth maybe $4!
