I stayed in the WestCord Fashion Hotel in Amsterdam for a business trip. There were stains on my pillow, the bathroom equipped with an old hairdryer already plugged in with a retractable cord that is only good enough to blow-dry a bald head, breakfast ok, no gluten-free bread available.

The perfect location for our first trip to Amsterdam with the tram station just round the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were just divine. Will most certainly be back hopefully making use of the wellness centre, unfortunately Amsterdam had way too much to offer. Thank you ♥️

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at The Westcord Fashion Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was a triple room and was huge, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room had every thing we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, even offering directions to the local supermarket. We ate in the restaurant and am happy to say the food was delicious, often hotel food can be a bit below par but this was not the case at all. We paid a small fee to use the Turkish Steam Bath and sauna's, this was well worth the money (although if you don't want a naked sauna, this may not suit you). we kept ourselves covered with a towel and it was very relaxing, they also have a lovely swimming pool that is free for all to use. The location is fabulous, one stop on the sprinter train from Schipnol airport and a short walk to the hotel, plus the tram is only 500 metres away and takes you right into Amsterdam Central. Rembrandt and Vondelpark parks are a very short walk away and also some lovely restaurants (we had fabulous breakfasts at Coffeebrand). I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times but this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and we will definately return on our next visit.

Stayed for our wedding anniversary. A massive thank you to the management for making it extra special. The flowers my husband ordered through them were fantastic and well worth the money, we were even given a bottle of prosecco, chocolate and fruit in the room compliments of the management. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was nice, tad expensive but nice for a special occasion. Sky bar do lovely cocktails and a wonderful view of the sunset. Would definitely stay again.

This was a trip for my Birthday to visit the Art Galleries. The hotel was way out of the city but the trams were excellent and a reasonable price. Tram stop about five minutes walk fro hotel and a nice way to view the environs at leisure. Staff at hotel were great. Helpful and friendly. food was plentiful, good variety and tasty. Our room was adequate in size and bed comfortable. Limited in space but shower was main complaint. It opened at about the middle of the bed on the side. So not much privacy. Trip was a great success. Canals amazing. Food and drink especially eating out was very expensive. The real downside was walking about in town. The amount of people, the smokers and the pervading smell of 'weed'. Eventually had a headache if stayed to long. Booking is required for big exhibitions, which we were prepared for and booked from home. But missed one as not well publicized. Still it was all very enjoyable. Would I go again, probably not.
