Very good hotel in my opinion, everything is as expected and described, the location is convenient, the building itself is impressive, and the staff are very professional and helpful. The pool was a little disappointing, but everything else was very good/excellent.

Realistically more 3* with ok location, close to the metro station. The biggest issue we had is mising hot water! Even when hot water is availble, it tooks a while to reach a warm temperature to shower... Hotel with 4* shouldn't have this issue. Room was clean, breakfast was nice... Regarding facilities, it might be the seasonal (we were for NYE) but we didn't see the pool or had a clue were it was.

TRAVELERS BE AWARE!!! Stay away form this hotel and its other locations. It is an unsafe place to stay. My laptop along with my jewelry were stolen from my hotel room during my 1st and only night there!!! I was only out for 2 hours for dinner. My room was thoroughly searched and my valuables are gone!!! Police were called on the scene. The VIP Executive Entrecampos Hotel only has security footage at the lobby instead of each floor. This is extremely unacceptable! Zero safety and security at the hotel!!! And of course the hotel claims that this has nothing to do with them even thou their staff are the only people who has card access to guest rooms! And it’s the hotel’s responsibility to provide safety. I wish I read all other reviews about VIP Executive Entrecampos before I booked. Someone else reviewed their bag were stolen from the dinning room of this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!

Great hotel just steps away from the subway (yellow + blue line). Spaceous room, quiet neighbourhood. Big and clean bathroom, free toiletries on a daily basis. Breakfast: could add some oat/rice/other vegan “milk”, otherwise ok. Big plus is a parking garage for a 10€/day surcharge. Would come again.

Good rooms but Bad air conditioning

Check in was smooth. Found a decent rate for the weekend. Rooms are spacious and bathroom are of good quality However, the biggest problem is the Air Conditioning is pathetic. No matter how much one complains, they are unable to fix it. First day, we managed. Second day we complained about the AC and nothing happened. Third day they offered to change the room but every room, the same situation. One of the employees told me off record that they have issues with AC and mostly is on power saving mode thereby making it almost in effective. The other major issue is absolutely no amenities including kettle in the room, tea or coffee sachets. Also the hotel lobby and the restaurant lacks a vibe and is mostly dry. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant are helpful but with limitations.
