Plus: Location is perfect if you are only there for a night or two, and intend to be near Milano Centrale Train Station. You can get there and back in under 8 minutes. The room is clean, bright and big. Fails: Appalling service at the front desk. Oh my goodness they are absolutely rude and unwelcoming. It felt as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay with them. I saw three changes of staff, and all three pairs were cold and unwelcoming. Hallways are dark and creepy. See pic. The room may be clean, bright and big, but the shower had drainage issues, and the aircon was switched off up till May 5 when we checked out. This was not indicated anywhere or when we made a booking. We weren’t the only ones complaining. Two gentlemen were at the lobby, and one said a bottle of wine was promised to them in their booking, but was not delivered. The receptionist - a man - said, so do you want me to send it?!? Without an apology!

We spent 2 nights here. The Milano Central Station was approx 5 minutes walk, the City Central was 40 min walk. We were completely satisfied for the hotel, the room was clear and everything is fine. I just suggedt this place to anyone who whant to travel to Milano :)

The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the table had not been cleaned daily. Breakfast is quite nice and range is good.

The hotel is hidden between 3-4 office blocks and shares the main entrance with them. When we arrived at the room, I had the distinct impression that I had arrived at a hospital: the white beds with the slightest touch of colour, the floors devoid of comfort. Remember, it's supposed to be a 4-star hotel.... Breakfast has good variety but poor quality. The bathroom has huge mould stains in the shower and the mattresses are rippling from use. Despite the effort, professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff in offering me a superior room, I realised that the rooms did not differ in lack of quality and comfort and I stayed in the original room. In short, the owners of this hotel don't take the return of their customers very seriously and certainly make the maximum revenue for their own benefit without thinking about investment, which is what the hotel urgently needs. The reception was excellent.

central station (many hotels in this area are), but that is all that this property has going for itself. The reception and staff while professional, they are cold. Everyone seems to just be doing their tasks and there is no passion or hospitality. Breakfast has potential but sadly falls short in execution: extremely bitter cucumbers that were hastily (not) chopped, melons with skin still on them, overcooked sausages, etc etc. This building is also in the middle of few other buildings and you need pass a few buildings by foot in order to reach it. Upon check in, the complimentary water was missing in the room, and loud banging noises from construction in the building, made it impossible to sleep or have work meetings until around 5pm.
