Excellent stay. Ambiance was nice and good staff and cleaning. Tasty food.If you are looking a for a affordable but premium hotel. You won't find a better option. Just that it is quite outside of main city. You would have to compromise something for others

Though rooms are good but their services are poor. When asked for a tea they refused initially and then said they can give two cups being me only single with expensive rate. Breakfast was complementary but they didn't provided as I had morning flight they refused to pack too. Non cooperative staff I will say. All this created an overall bad experience for me.

We’re attending a wedding in another resort but we were given a room at this hotel. Hotel room allocated initially was very small and dingy. The view was facing the boundary wall which was hardly 2 feet away from the window giving a suffocating feeling. We finally had ourselves upgraded by paying extra for a room which was quite big with a good size balcony. Overall ok for the rate

If you are planning to stay here then cancel your trip. There is no room service , manager is very rude, rooms are smelly and very small. Strongly advise to not stay at this hotel. The rooms are very small. Cannot even call this a hotel. 0/10 in everything

Never ever book such a hotel. Pathetic intolerable smell in the washroom. These guys don’t understand basic room freshner concept, put spray which lasts for hardly 2 hours and then back to poor smell. Didn’t have courtesy to change room , despite asking for paying difference too
