Just average. Hotel is at great location, nice gym, and wonderful view from the 15th floor. However, they charge $12.95 per day for wifi, and $20 per day for parking. The hair dryer does not work, and the ice machine does not work on many floors. I would not stay here again since there are many nicer options near by.

Experience of Racial Discrimination at Tyson Corner Marriott As a frequent traveler and patron of various hotel chains around the world, I hold establishments to a high standard of respect, professionalism, and courtesy towards guests of all backgrounds. It is with deep disappointment and concern that I must report an incident of racial discrimination I experienced at the Tyson Corner Marriott, involving an employee named Marcos Canals. On 1/27/24, during my stay at the hotel, I encountered a situation where [describe the specific incident of racial discrimination in detail]. The behavior displayed by Mr. Canals was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive and discriminatory. As someone who has invested significantly in businesses that uphold principles of equality and inclusivity, and as a philanthropist who actively supports anti-discrimination causes, I find such conduct intolerable. The incident occurred in hotel lobby front desk and despite my attempts to address the issue at the moment, I was met with I expect that Marriott, a renowned hospitality brand, would have no tolerance for discrimination of any kind and would train its employees to adhere to the highest standards of equality and respect for all guests. Unfortunately, my experience suggests a serious need for further training and awareness among the staff at this particular location. I am bringing this matter to your attention not only to seek redress but also to encourage Tyson Corner Marriott to take immediate action in investigating this incident and implementing measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. No guest should have to endure what I went through, and it is the responsibility of the Marriott to ensure a welcoming environment for all. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prompt a swift and appropriate response from Marriott International. Great overnight experience at Marriott Tysons Corner. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to the mall, restaurants, and major highways. As an Elite Platinum member, I asked for and received a complimentary upgrade at check-in to a larger Premium room, enhancing my overall stay. The breakfast at the M Bonvoy Club was exceptional, providing a diverse and delicious spread of hot (bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and oatmeal) and cold (pastries, and cereal) food. I highly recommend it for a seamless and comfortable hotel experience.

Once inside, it is fantastic. You are greeted with a smile and very relaxed atmosphere. I was truly surprised during my stay and highly recommend the 15th floor with the perfect views, and large space for playing board games and just great family time without feeling boxed in. The lounge is located on the 1st floor and breakfast was hot and tasty. Titaniums members are acknowledged and given lounge access for free. Also, had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Marcos Canals. He gave superior customer service and super friendly. He's the best. Great stay, great sleep, tasty breakfast and location can't be beat. Free shuttles to Malls and stores everywhere. Bring an extra suitcase:)

The hotel lacks told me they are unable to print simple invoices with total charges for the stay. I got 8 pages of activity i found very difficult to follow. Upon a review of my invoice, I noted an error on august 8 the day before checkout and the front desk said they would fix it. Two weeks later and six followups with the hotel including the property management team have been ignored by hotel staff. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Lifetime titanium member. Stayed in 3 rooms over 27 nights at this property this year. Will not stay again.
