My husband and I was here a month for work.The majority of the staff was nice. It was only one lady that didn't seem to care for her job. The hotel is in need of updates. The refrigerator went out the last week, and although the manager put a ticket in more than once, no one ever came to check it.By the time another room was offered, it wasn't worth the hassle. Lost food due to this. The hotel is in a great spot for food. The lady manager was great. Overall not that impressed.

I was in two rooms and both had a heavy chemical smell. The windows cannot open, so the air just recirculates. By midnight, I wax contemplating sleeping in the car. In all my years of traveling, this is the worst hotel ever. I’m feeling respiratory symptoms coming on. Do not stay here.

They call police at me because I asked to exchange room for two beds, she doesn’t know how to do it because low experience at work same as management said you get what you paid for, so rude un professional, so they cancel my reservation it’s ok but I need cancelation letter so I can get refund from Priceline and she couldn’t provide one, zero knowledge in what she is doing, such service is not acceptable

Hotel stay 04/29/22 - 05/01/22. Last night of stay I woke up with 15 bedbug bites over my body. I reported it to the hotel immediately. They continued to rent the room despite my allegation. They had an inspection completed 2 days later. Verbally told me there were no bedbugs. I requested the inspection report. The report is altered and missing pages. It has notes stating the hotel wouldn’t move guests from the room for the inspection and hotel need to comply for further action. I’ve been calling and emailing them for 3 weeks now. The General manager refuse to speak with me and give me a full refund. I sent several pictures of all my bites and they still refuse to rectify the situation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Very run down but clean 1. Refrigerator broken. Always warm 2. Light switch faulty 3. Iron was nasty 4. Tub floor cracked and expanded if I stood on it 5. Shower ceiling. Looked awful 6. Breakfast ok 7. Staff very friendly 8. Toilet refilled every 30 min
