We had a great stay at The Street Hotel. The location was perfect. Close to all of Milan’s must see attractions. Our room was huge with every amenity. The staff was knowledgeable and hospitable, insuring that all our needs were met. We had a great time!

Pros: central location, easy walkability to attractions; very quiet room despite high traffic location; excellent sleep as a result; large bright, airy room. All controls worked fine; effective a/c unit. Very good breakfast prepared to order. Extremely helpful and attentive staff (Veronica, Naomi, Amira, breakfast servers). Very professional. Cons: few, however: shower drain slow and allowed water to overflow. Bathroom faucet showed signs of unsightly corrosion not in keeping with rest of room/experience (since we had to look at this faucet each day, score down to 4/5 from an otherwise easy 5/5) Summary: our experience at this hotel (once we found it--needs a more prominent street sign/indicator) was very good; aside from above details, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My daughter and I are just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan Everything was perfect. Such a modern,clean and relaxing hotel. Only eleven rooms so you are really looked after and made to feel special. It’s in a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and we were offered tea, coffee or Prosecco. The room was lovely and so was our breakfast each morning. It’s all freshly made and you order what you would like the day before. The staff are great they keep in touch on WhatsApp so if you have any requests they are there to help. They booked a fantastic three hour private tour for us when said we would like to see the Last Supper. Our guide was called Emanuela and she was just great. We saw a lot and she explained everything so well. The hotel sorted all that out for us before we arrived. They also booked our taxi when we were leaving. If you are looking for a fabulous hotel in a great location I highly recommend you book here . We had an amazing time . Thank you to the wonderful staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in late April. I booked the stay a few months in advance after reading the positive reviews from Tripadvisor. As soon as I made the booking (I booked through their official website), I received a whatsapp message from them to acknowledge the booking and to ask if I needed any help, in booking local tours / transfers / restaurants etc. This was the first time I got this level of service from any hotels and I was really pleasantly surprised. They sent me a few more messages from time to time till the check-in date to make sure I can get help from them. The hotel is a small one with only very few rooms. The location is THE BEST, next to La Rinascente, also next to Luini, which makes the best panzerotti. It is also very near to the Duomo. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff there, from the receptionists, to the waitress in the breakfast area, to the super lovely cleaning lady, were all really helpful. The room was surprisingly quiet at night despite all the crowds on the streets next to the hotel. The breakfast is huge and very healthy. Highly recommend to have the breakfast in the terrace as it is really pretty and special (they provide the option of serving the breakfast in room too). The room rate is not the cheapest but hotel rates in Milan are generally not cheap. The stay in this hotel is worth every penny. I won’t hesitate to stay there again.

The Street Milano Duomo is in a super location on a quiet pedestrian street (but still very close to taxi drop-off point) and with a lovely staff to help with any needs and provide quality recommendations. Clean and comfortable room with excellent bedding. Thank you, Veronica!
