We stay almost 3 days in serenity resort and spa Manali stay was very comfortable and excellent service by hotel room is so clean staff is so polite specially thanks toAsha and Renuka both were very sweet and polite thanks all of you for a good experience

From my view point I can say it was a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are quite well equipped with amenities for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed my balcony in the morning as well as in the late evening as it has a beautiful view of the valley. I was lucky enough to see the snow filled hill tops from my balcony . Bath also is spacious and good enough , running hot water is available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and in the evening again 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Entire staff is quite polite and co-operative. I was given a privilege of a heater in my room complimentary as I think my stay was for three nights. Food and food court are up to the mark. We were served whatever we suggested as per our taste. It is around 5 to 6 .k.ms from the mall road but roads are good enough. Had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Definitely one of the most pleasant experiences. Filled with warmth , the food is a must try . The location is on point giving the most majestic view of the Valley and the waterfalls surrounding. The service is indeed worth mentioning giving special thanks to Mr. Avinash Rana for being a great helping hand.
