An amazing hotel and wonderful place to stay

There are no sign boards to locate this hotel. However, as it is located adjacent to Sun Park, it can be easily identified. Its located on a narrow street. Parking is underground. There are many shops and ATM's in the vicinity of this hotel. All the staff are courteous. The food was great. Lots of variety. Non veg items were provided. The restaurant has an open section where one cant sit facing the mountains. Same view available in rooms. There is balcony where one can sit and watch the mountains. Great view seeing snow capped mountains. There is a a steady stream of people walking on the road in front of the hotel. There is no switch to on or off the balcony light. They are being switched on or off from reception at fixed times. This is a problem because as lights are on, we cannot sleep with the curtain open. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel and great place to stay.

Good hospitality.., Nice hotel location....., Nice food menu......, good staff response & Services..., Good ambiance for couples (Candlelight dinner) and families.. Good Room services...’ Couple friendly... And good balcony views from Bed.😊

Great hotel. Very nice experience.very good hospitality and friendly and very quick staff response.rooms are spacious, clean and having nice mountain view. Over all awesome experience.All time hot water supply. Will visit in future.recomended.

Great food & courteous service. Overall great stay. Rooms are clean & offer good view of the valley.Mr Omprakash Thakur , Manager was very responsible person & hospitality was excellent. Felt familiar at there...I like everything......I want to come again....at There🏠🏠🙂🙂

- No room cleaning. - Toilet leaking, when using the flush, so that the entire room stinks. Even after complaint, problem was not solved and no alternate room was given. - Never book a Rohtang pass tour through this hotel: We were told to wait in the lobby at 3 am for pick-up. At 3.40 am somebody finally arrived and we only started at 4 am. Reception didn‘t even bother for the delay.
