Excellent stay, hygiene was top notch. Staffs were prompt. Housekeeping team was good. Always on toes & ready for assistance. We had lovely time.Mr Soumik from accommodation was great. We would love to experience renovated floor once. Thank you all for your hospitality. We will be back soon.

Very helpful team, nice accommodation with air conditioning, welcoming people in the lobby, clean und large rooms, the beds are really comfortable, we would recommend the hotel for sure and will stay here again when we are coming back to Kolkata

Stay was good with good breakfast & dinner, but for the dinner they have a cut off 11:00 PM they should increase the time to 12:00 AM at least. Also, they need to rework on water bottle which they provide as complimentary as being outsider we all love to have Bisleri water bottles...
