I will definitely say the hotel and the management is very nice and perfect. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness part was maintained here. Staff attitude was very nice humble and polite. I met Subhdra at departure she was very nice towards me. She given me Late check out as my flight was in the evening. She understand her guest needs very perfect assets to this property. It was a wonderful experience having lunch here at the restaurant. Ms. Maria’s hospitality was awesome . Her serving was quite homely. The ambience was amazing and peaceful which actually enhanced the flavour and our mood. Special thanks to Ms. Maria & Ms. Harsh Rangra.

Edited - Have booked a room for 2 days . Day 2 10.30 am onwards . Since the hotel is undergoing renovations drilling work started outside my room wall and inspite of my repeated request to stop the work as it was disturbing me it was not attended .Moreover , the hotel reception stopped attending to my calls . I was told that I would be shifted to another room and I requested them to stop the work till then. But unfortunately it was ignored and the drilling continued Didn't expect such kind of hospitality from The Park Hotel. However the house keeping staff and their services was commendable . The room although small in size was comfortable

I stayed in the park hotel which is in CP The location is very good And the markets near to the hotel is very cheap and affordable The room was good and the stay was comfortable With this rate I can say the service was good the overall staff was helpful. Thanks

Good ambiance, nice and humble staff, Good and supportive receptionist Kiranjeet, food is really satisfactory, need to improve room service, checkin time is lil late, its better to change checkin time from 2.00pm to 12.00pm apart from this everything is excellent
