Terrible Experience The hotel room AC stopped working during midnight .made at least 10 phone calls . They didn’t have resident electrician , if something goes wrong it is in gods hands . Finally after 2 hours they installed pedestal fan in the room . And they claim themself to be 5 star ranking Pathetic service . We keep calling but the reception , in room dining nothing gets connected Once you are in it’s difficult for someone to get in touch for anything needed . At the Breakfast counter table the plates are drenching .. Is this a 5 star hotel norm .. they shall be prepared for peak footfall during breakfast timing . Tea is being served in disposables in a 5 star hotel . I don’t know who has approved 5 star rating for this . I hope the management looks after the major concerns

I have stayed in bad hotels but this one top's the list. The management of the hotel doesn't care about the guest experience. Staff is very slow and doesn't care about the job, may be because they are over worked and underpaid by the management. Room design is inconvenient. There are better hotels nearby at similar rates such as Marriott and Taj Krishna which provide great guest experience.

House keeping in park is good, in particular Rakesh, sharanya and also Anuradha who make guest very comfortable, keep the room very clean. All the best to this hardworking team. I have been regular,wish food is not the same as before, eventhough the staff serving is good.

Anita , srijita and Maheshwar was wonderful great experience stay was perfect and every thing from start was good till good . food was really We had an absolutely amazing time at The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets.
