Chose the park hotel in Chennai for our stay because it was close to the Visa Processing Center and looked reasonable in terms of cost and cleanliness. Ended up being a most unexpected stay when the ceiling of the room we were in collapsed - missing my mom by mere inches. The interesting part was how long it took for the assistant manager to even show up after being informed (15 minutes) and they did not even bother offering a apology of any type in terms of comping the stay ( they did send a couple of fruits and three tiny bottles of snacks) or any of the room service orders. There was a musty smell in the hotel and condensation overnight in the room which now in hindsight was probably an indicator that there was water logging happening which probably led to the falling of the ceiling. The one good part of the hotel was the bell boys and how quickly they tried to get things when asked prior to the ceiling falling and also helping us move to a different room when it happened. Location great- the rooms are a little tired looking and the hotel in general needs updating in the hallways for the carpets etc

Went there for my cousins engagement. Beautiful banquet halls , amazing buffet ... The staffs were very helpful. Esp Ashok and Vasanth . Good location and ambience. The rooms were good. The event was very loud from our side but they were very co operative.

One of the luxury hotel and totally 214 room in this hotel then food tasting very well We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too. More
