I am not a Hyatt person but was booked as part of a group - Hotel was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyed stay

Great value for money, spacious room, great bathroom. Excellent bed and linen, floor to ceiling windows, crisp white towels good shower.
Not as quiet as I had hoped, aesthetically pleasing rooms though

I stayed for 1 night in a king room on the 8th floor while in town on business. This was my second time staying here, the first being in Aug 2022. I recalled not sleeping on that trip, so I was hoping for an improvement with this stay. Unfortunately, I didn't have such luck. The rooms are nicely decorated, and my room was quite spacious. The mattress was also comfortable. I appreciated the fan settings for some built-in white noise. The price of the room was also great, given there was a large conference in town while I was there. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind, and I appreciate the food options for purchase in The Market downstairs. The pillows, however, were pretty bad. They flattened a lot when laying on them...the bedding was also quite warm, despite me setting the thermostat to 65 degrees. The A/C unit made a noise every 15 min that sounded like the door card reader--great to jolt you from your almost sleep state, as you think someone is entering your room. I could hear every step the guest in the room above me took...until 3am...and the hallway was also quite loud right outside my door. There was a dried contact lens on the floor of my bathroom, and I feel the room could have been a little cleaner overall. Finally, there was no overhead light in the shower....so it was a little dim in there. I doubt I will stay here again due to my virtually sleepless night.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great! Easy check in and location was very convenient to the stadium and found a great Mexican restaurant nearby for dinner.

We prefer not to drive on vacation. We were able to access Muni, Caltran and BART within two blocks . To get to Oracle there is two different easy options, Caltran or Muni. We walked back from the games. There were plenty of other fans walking up 3rd st. It was at night and it was quick and safe.
