This was my second stay at Hotel Mirador. The care and courtesy from the reception desk to banquets and events is uniformly good. I had stayed here 2 months ago and was greeted at the front desk like a long lost friend. They actually remembered. I'd like to mention Royston who made that difference. I was there for a training programme and Mr. Kapil and team took care of every little need, whether it was flipcharts, or rearranging the room. This made my work very effective. A big thanks to the team! I'd mentioned to the team that I was disappointed not to see sabudana khichdi on the menu, as it a Mumbai speciality and a favourite of mine. This was in casual conversation and not feedback. At tea break, I was offered a steaming bowl of sabudana khichdi, lovingly made for me. I felt so touched. One department that could improve is the variety of the food as there were similar foods - eg, dosa, idli, paddu etc...not too many options for someone trying to avoid carbs. It would be great to introduce some spread not so much in variety as in ingredients. I'm delighted to see local specialities like Misal Pav etc. Finally, the highlight of my stay was when Id invited my friends over to the Asian restaurant for dinner. Dinesh who looked after our table was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely caring in his service. He made our dinner experience memorable! Overal, Team Mirador can give more fancy hotel a run for their money, with their caring and personalized customer service. Keep up the good work folks!

Excellent atmosphere. Good food . Great work by all staff especially allan at the reception.the room atmosphere is excellent. Excellent cleaning and laundary facilities. Cab arranged for pick up and drops seems excellent. Nice dining and excellent food

The services were Soo fine, thankyou for your kind welcome,so far have interacted with AllanRebello Vinayak roystan Pankaj The cafeteria staffs are Soo kind,starting with the head of department,and housekeepers are woow too,gateman is also well,the driver who showed us the way from airport,and back thankyou soo much for good services,there are two sataff offered us there cameras and took us nice photos,thankyou for getting out of your way and offer special and welcoming services!thankyou bye,peninnah,Kenyan.
