Very good apartment building. We were searching for apartment in same area , close to the hospital. Surprising good , big size apartment, well furnished, organized with parking place for a car. Wide rooms, clean place. Big shower room. Close to the place there are many cafeterias, restaurants, and pastiserias.

I stayed with Leo Residence from 30/03/2021 till 4/04/2021 . (sorry guys, couldn't write it earlier) In general: really great place. Location: 10 mins to Gayreteppe subway station - from there you can get almost everywhere. Within 5 mins walk: pharmacy (100 m away from the hotel), supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants - everything you might need. Staff: very helpful, nothing to add))) Rooms: mine was very very nice and modern - sure others are the same. My suggestions to the hotel: 1) add more dishwares (there was one small frying pan - that can be not enough; also support bases for hot doshwares - something to put hot frying pan on - were missing) 2) update some dishwares (my frying pan was old and very scratched) and kitchenware (oven was quite dirty, by could be used still)

I went there with my friend for 8 days to do a cosmetic surgery and we felt like we were in our house. The apt is so nice and modern, the service is excellent. I have to say thanks a lot to DENIZ to make me feel like home, he is such a nice and funny guy that was always there to helping me in everything I need, he is the most helpful guy I met in a hotel’s reception. Kenan is also a kind and nice guy. Definitely I’ll go again to Istanbul and for sure I’ll choose The Leos Reaodence thanks to Mr Deniz and Kenan. Anabell

Friendly apartment in Gayrettepe

This is my fifth stay at Leos Residence. I use the place as a comfortable base whenever I stay in Istanbul.The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and very well-equipped for long or short stays. The location is ideal with good transport links to the centre and other parts of the city. There is also a wide selection of supermarkets, convenience shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. It is excellent value for money and I can’t recommend it enough.

Clean, modern and good location

We absolutely loved this apartment so much so we are already planning our next visit here and we only got back a week ago. Lets start with the location, ideal spot being within 12-15mins walk to nearest metro Gayrettepe which takes you straight to all the hotspots of Istanbul. 5 minutes from the apartment is a grocery store, 7 minutes to Astoria shopping mall. 5 minutes off the main road is plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and Starbucks. There is a gem of a restaurant called Mudita across the road where we had breakfast every morning. Also next door to the apartment is a small authentic restaurant called Citir Ocakbasi that was probably the best service and food in Istanbul. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious exactly what we needed for our stay. I felt so at home especially as I could do all my washing with the washing machine provided and watch loads of movies with the English speaking channels. The concierge service make you feel safe and secure and are always at hand to help with Taxis, food etc. The hosts Mehmet and Engin couldn’t of done enough for us they were super accommodating, friendly and always responsive to any questions we had. I would say don’t expect a huge amount from the cleaning service. They do change your towels every other day (but not your bedsheets) But that is as far as it goes do not expect them to do a full clean. But again the hosts are more than happy to help so im sure if you wanted something else they would get it sorted for you. If you want clean, modern, great location and good service for your next stay in Istanbul look no further.
