This is the best hotel I've stayed in anywhere, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels (including a number of 5* hotels in Delhi). Rooms are beautiful. Service is impeccable. Food is great! Drivers are top-notch (thanks Arapan!) Airport pickup is seamless (thanks Govind!). Gym is very nice, there's a free sauna and relaxation room. Splurge for the club floor - free food all day, personalized service, etc. Our key dtopped working (we had requested a late check out) and someone was there to replace our key and let us in the room in about 60 seconds. The hotel even assisted my friend in showing her how to put on and wear a saree. Really can't think of anything bad to say at all. I will never stay anywhere else in Delhi - I'm a loyal Leela Palace customer for life!

The hotel was beautiful and the service was top of the line. Everyone was so friendly and made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The best part of our stay, however, was our driver, Kranti. He made our journey around Delhi even more fun and ensured that everyone was able to fully experience and appreciate the amazing city we were staying in. Kranti was kind and respectful, gave good advice and told some very funny jokes.

We had an amazing experience at the Leela Palace! Our driver Kranti was incredible - he made sure our itinerary went smoothly every day during our trip. The Leela staff made sure our trip was seamless from the airport pickup to the airport drop off. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!!

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Very clean both in the rooms and in the hotel itself. Beautiful interior, pleasant customer-oriented staff. Delicious food in restaurants. Many thanks to butler Urvik, who quickly resolved all our issues. For example, order dinner to the room so that it is ready when we return. And other organizational issues were resolved quickly with his help. We lived in this hotel for two weeks, and everything was so perfect that we will come back here again.
